Hello! Thank you for sharing your practice speech and for the work you do as a physician. Your community, I’m sure, is grateful.
You are very fluent, overall. Your rate of speech is good, and you don’t have difficulty finding the words you want to say. I would suggest, however, that you work on your pronunciation, particularly, the /th/ sound, as it can be difficult to understand you at times. That occurs only rarely, however. Another area to work on is emphasizing the correct syllables in certain words, such as “satisfied.”
You said: Sat is FIED, but it should be SAT is fied.
You have a good range of vocabulary. Grammar is an area you might want to focus on.
Here are some notes on grammar and some vocabulary errors:
--I take my plan – I MADE A plan
--Is saving life – saving LIVES
--You will get rid of all stress time – You are relieved of stress.
-- I’m working my profession as a doctor since more than 12 years ago. – I have been working as a doctor for more than 12 years. / I began working as a doctor more than 12 years ago.
--We can never stop studying until end of our career time. – We can never stop studying until the end of our careers.
