Online assessment resource or a teacher

Hi guys!
I'm looking for a dependable resource or preferably a certain person (a licensed IELTS instructor or former examiner) to assess and correct GT writings on the paid basis.
The situation is that most of whom I managed to find did amateurish job or rejected to provide a band score for the safety reasons, or something else.
If you are acquainted with a reliable and knowledgeable person who could readily check essays/letters, provide an approximate band score and possibly suggest smth. for improvements, please share information for me.
