What exam will be graded? Btw I took UKVI so there was also a video recording. Can't they just strip the audio from the first video recording? Speaking Exam did not record!

Speaking Exam did not record!
I just finished my Speaking exam today. I left the testing center confident that I nailed the 7. However, when I was two blocks away from IDP, they called me and asked to retake the exam! The examiner wasn't able to record my Speaking so I had to redo it! Unfortunately, I think I have not performed well on my second test as I was not as mentally prepared and adrenaline-fueled as the first one What exam will be graded? Btw I took UKVI so there was also a video recording. Can't they just strip the audio from the first video recording?

Unfortunately, your recorded test will be graded.
On the video recording for UKVI, there is no audio.
Can I ask where you took the test?
