Looking for a serious IELTS speaking partner

I've just started to prepare IELTS a month ago, do seriously look for a partner who is capable to practice with.. (strictly) on task 1,2&3. In case of doing this, both of us need to prepare the questions beforehand & always use a timer while giving a speech.
