WT1 :

The table depicts the different items consumed by the people in 2002. According to the given data, customers from five separate countries are spending on seven distinct items, where food, drinks and tobacco are highly favoured by the majority of people from all countries.

Looking at the diagram, a large number of people (32.14%) consumed food, drink and tobacco in Turkey, only Irish, at 28.91%, was being the second highest consumers. The least number of Swedish citizens were recorded to use these items. In contrast, a considerable volume of Italians were accounted for the clothing and footwear, with the figure of other countries: Ireland, Spain and Turkey, was reported to be around 6%.

However, while hardly any citizens of Spain favoured to spend on education and leisure activities, 4.35% of Turkish people gave this as their favourite item, remaining people are registered to consume approximately 2 or 3 per cent.

In short, it is recommended that people should spend more on education, rather than food items.
