Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

For every profession, required skills are very important. Today, relative importance of natural talent and training in different professions is the most frequent topic of discussion. On one hand, many people argue that natural talent is mandatory for every person to perform well in their field, particularly those who are associated with sports, art or music. On the other hand, many people believe that anyone can be taught to acquire required skills even if one does not have natural talent. These arguments will be analyzed prior to coming to a reasoned conclusion.
It is felt by many that anyone can become a good sports person or musician if one is trained by professionals. For example, Azhar Ali who is currently player of Pakistan Cricket team had started his domestic cricket career as a bowler but coaches gave him batting training and today, He is a one of the most successful batsman in the world. This example clearly shows that anyone can be trained to acquire required skills. Thus, it is clear why some people gravitate towards this point of view.
On the other hand, many people believe that innate talent is what makes a sports person or musician the best. For example, de Villiers has natural talent as a cricket batsman and Messi has natural talent as a footballer, and these both are the best in their games, no one can complete with them. It is Thus, above facts clearly shows that why some people support this claim.
After analyzing above points of view, it is believed that person with natural talent is matchless, person who gets training but do not have natural talent can never compete with person who born with talent.
