Improvements in health, education and trade are essential for the development of poorer nations. However, the governments of richer nations should take more responsibility for helping the poorer nations in such areas.
It is vital for the progress of a nation that, special emphasis be paid to literacy, physical well-being and commerce.
Literacy and education is important because to run local organisations, a huge number of local staff is needed. Local staff is usually more affordable. Due to patriotism, hey are also willing to spend extra hours of work which can open avenues for development.
Morbidity and mortality can significantly reduce work output. This reduces efficiency. It is also a financial burden to aile morbid citizens.
Commerce and business is important to increment a country’s revenues. Local products should be traded to foreign countries in exchange of profits. More money means more power to execute more development.
However, more affluent countries can play a major role in aiding less rich countries. This will accelerate growth at more rapid rates. Developed countries usually know the steps they went through to reach their current levels. They also have an overflow of learned people and money, which can be used to help poorer nations.
Additionally, this is also essential because good food and quality education is a basic human right. Some poorer nations have good intentions but lack of skills, qualified elite and money deters them from progressing. Richer nations can help by building schools and tertiary institutions, building hospitals and improving health systems. They can also free trade pathways.
Furthermore, another way to help poorer nations is for developed countries not to pest on poorer nations for natural resources. A number of rich countries exploit poorer countries today. Not doing so will make available lots of funds for poorer nations to spend on progressive issues.
