Table or table chart

Is there any difference between tabular data or tabular chart ??
which one is suitable for task 1
table and chart both are noun as well as both meaning is same can anybody tell me because am little confuse in this

I am not Ryan, although am from the UK and have taught the IELTS for years - I would use "tabular data", not "tabular chart", to describe a table.
