Which is best centre to appear for ielts in uk

Hi all.
Can anyone suggest which centre in UK is best to appear for ielts as certain test centres are very strict and the candidates don't score well inspite of good prep. I've heard from a friend that candidates in Aberystwyth score well as he appeared in different test centres and could not score above band 7 but his last attempt was in Aberystwyth and he scored 7.5.any suggestions are most welcome.
