It is generally believed that the Internet is an excellent means of communication but some people suggest that it may not be the best place to find information.
Discuss both these views and give your own opinion

It is undeniable that people these days are surrounded by the advancement of technology. For instance, internet has always been the favourite information centre for people to keep themselves updated with recent news. However, there are also some argue that internet may not be the useful place to obtain information. This essay will further elaborate on both views where internet is the best place to get information from.

First of all, it is clearly seen that internet always has the most updated news sharing on the websites whenever there are incidents incurred. For instance, the news of MH370 were circulated online once it has been announced to the public. It was then followed by a number of aviation expertise giving analyse and commented on the incident. In this case, internet would serve as the main information hub for researchers or investigators to scrutinise the case as the update is on real time basis.

However, the downside of getting information from the internet is that there are quite a number of fake and fabricated news spreading. For example, there are always news like death hoax of a famous person, incorrect reports made by anchorman and etc. With this, it would be difficult for people to evaluate and establish their research as the facts might not be even true. On the other hand, books, journals and articles from library that have been officially certified and released would then be the best place to gain information.

As a conclusion, even though there are negative aspects in getting information via the internet, I believe that internet still serves as the best place to acquire details from.
