You are a university student who is living in the accommodation at the campus. One day you find something wrong with your accommodation. So, you write a letter to the House Officer to tell them what happened, the reason you think. What you decide to do and whether if its right.

Dear Madam

Subject: Request to change the hostel room

I am a first year student of Marketing Management in Amity University and as you know I am a new inmate at the hostel. I shifted to this accommodation 15 days back. My student id is AMMM2507 and currently sharing a room with a third year student. Though an elder room-mate is always nice to have as they guide you throughout.

But since past few days, I have been facing issues while studying as other seniors come to our room to party. They smoke, drink and party throughout the night. May be they are in the farewell mode as their course ends in March and most of them have found jobs through college placements. I have my exams coming up in February end and I am finding it difficult to study.

I request you to please shift my room with someone from my batch or any other first year student so that I can concentrate on my course.

Thank you so much in advance! Look forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours Sincerely
Ramogi

Dear Madam

I am a first year student of Marketing Management in Amity University and as you know, I am living in the hostel. I shifted to this accommodation 15 days back, and am currently sharing a room with a third year student. My student ID is AMMM2507.

Although having an older roommate has been great, recently I have been facing issues while studying as other seniors come to our room to party. They smoke, drink and party throughout the night. Maybe they are in farewell mode as their course ends in March and most of them have found jobs through college placements. I have my exams coming up in February, however, and I am finding it difficult to study.

I request you to please change my roomto another first year student so that I can concentrate on my course.

Thank you so much in advance! Look forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours Sincerely
Ramogi
