"Some people prefer to get up early in the morning and start the day’s work. Others prefer to get up later in the day and work until late at night. Which do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to support your choice."
Since the beginning of time, for some people, the day time has been productive, and, for others, it has been the night time. Because on this, some people seem to like waking up early and start their work, while others seem to enjoy waking up later in the day and work until late at night. Waking up early and starting work early in the day is preferred to waking up late and working late at nights. This argument will be proven by looking at how starting work early in the day is more productive and how working late at night is not good for the human body.
Firstly,early in the morning,the human mind is fresh and deviod of any distracting thoughts; the time that can be used for doing important tasks better as compared to doing them later in the day. For example, practice sessions are started in Sydney by Australian cricketers early in the morning in order to take advantage of this early morning productivity. This makes it clear that important tasks can be better accomplished by starting early in the morning. This shows that waking up early and starting work early in the day is more productive and hence is preferred.
Secondly, getting up later in the day and working late at night can have some negative effects on the human health. For instance, when Indian hockey players go to Australia for tournaments, they show signs of decreased concentration levels and irregular bowel movements due to a sudden change in their sleeping schedules, which is a result of change in time zones. Hence, it is evident that there can be some health problems due to getting up later in the day and working late at night.
It obvious from this that, waking up and starting work early is better and hence preferred as compared to waking up and working late at night.
In conclusion, after analyzing the productive benefits of walking and starting work early in the morning and the negative health effects of waking up late and working late at night, it has been proven why I prefer waking up and start working early as opposed to getting up later and working late at night.Thus, it is recommended that people stop waking up late and working late at night and start waking up and working early in the morning.
