General Task1, Flight Problem

Dear sir or madam,
I am writing this letter to bring in your attention a serious matter of misconduct by your staff.
Last weekend, I booked a ticket to UAE for a conference on prevention from Ebola virus. At the airport, your staff was unable to verify my reservation. According to your staff, this was because of a recent computers and database up gradation. Because of that problem I was unable to board on the airplane. Consequently, I missed my conference. Moreover, I missed the opportunity to learn new trends regarding Ebola virus.
Although, my lost is irreparable because now I have to wait until the next conference but you can compensate for my financial losses. I demand 2000 dollars for airplane ticket, taxi fare from my hotel to airport and from airport to hotel.
I hope that you will send me the check of 2000 dollars very soon.
