Questuion:
The number of overweight children in developed countires is increasing. Some people think this is due to problems such as the growing of fast food outlets. Others, believe the patents are to blame for not looking after their children’s health.
To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays, obesity is main hindrance in healthy lifestyle the world over. It is commonly observed in children of developed countries that having fast food is the obvious effect of this cause. While, others, believe the parent are responsible for their children health. This will be proved by analyzing the reason of overweighting children is increase the consumption of fast-food.
A very considerable effect of fast food is that these meals are cooked with the help of some chemicals to give flavor and taste which are hazardous for children health. As an example, various restaurant offer deals of hamburger with free drink. As a result children are likely to get it. In addition, traditional dishes are not usually containing such elements. Thus, eating fast food has dangerous impact on children overweighting.
Quality assurance is also important in diet. In developed countries tremendous national and international restaurant are in line street providing variety of fast food. This is very mandatory to know whether their cooking is based upon hygienic condition or not? In contrast, parents are also blamed in this scenario. They must check and balance what their children are eating, its effectiveness. Thus, fast food can reduce appetite but increasing the rate of hazardous overweighting in children.
In conclusion, overweighting in children is rising in developed countries because of taking fast food .it is clear that Depend on fast food is damaging children fitness and can be increase the chances to become themselves lazy. It is recommended that parents should also play their role in this regard to reduce the chance of obesity.
