writing problem

hi everyone, i took IELTS two times as i need 6 in each but every time i got .5 less in reading or writing.Please suggest me any useful information that can help me in short time
reading: i do this everytime in any type of articles...
scan all the questions for the passage first
read paragraph 1
scan all the questions again and answer what is applicable for paragraph 1
read paragraph 2
scan all the questions again and answer what is applicable for paragraph 2
and so on...
believe me, it looks like it's time consuming but i actually always finish 10-15 minutes early for the reading section. by the end of the last paragraph you will be amazed that youve answered everything up already
>differentiate between true/false/ng - hardest part and may require practice, read up on how you can do the differentiation online
>dont complicate things, stick with the words in the passage, everything is already written
