I am new to this website...so i need some assistance with how to use it effectively as well as need some help with efficient preparation to get band score 7 in each.

This website has a few resources that I hope will be helpful to you. For one, you can post a writing and/or speaking sample and receive feedback from some of the IELTS instructors that float around on this site. You can also find study partners with which to practice via a program like Skype.
