Dear Mr. Thompson,
I am writing to ask if I am able to give a presentation for my workmates regarding the Cloud Computing System that I learnt from recent seminar I attended.
Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to you for providing mean an opportunity to attend such an international seminar. It was very helpful because I was able to know various technical advancements in the IT industry. Especially I had acquired the knowledge regarding Cloud Database Management that has emerged in the market recently.
It would be great if you allow me to give a short presentation relating to this to my colleagues because it has several advantages. The Cloud Computing System is cost effective and minimises the risk of losing the data. In addition those files can be downloaded from any devices.
My presentation would include how to create a profile in cloud system, and the prices charged by the company for usage of the system. Furthermore, I will give brief description about its merits and how it benefits professional daily tasks.
