Hi Ryan,

Task 2 : some people believe Olympic Games have not longer beneficial in 21st century. agree/disagree

I tried writing a response disagreeing this argument . But after my first and second paragraph i can't proceed with the supporting points . Am attempting ielts for the first time. Can you kindly help me how should i manage in such situations.

Olympic Games are the world’s most anticipated games from its dawn. In the twentieth century whether it is essential to have Olympic Games is a debatable topic, from my view point I disagree strongly on this view. We will discuss which factors make Olympics an inevitable event as long as it is played in the right spirit.

Firstly Olympics foster the growth of many countries friendship as they come together under one roof which promotes a healthy sportsmanship among the players as well. Secondly the familiarity Olympics has established cannot be compared with any other sports event which has originated recently. Thirdly is an international platform where athletes can exhibit their talents to a wider range of audience also winning a medal in Olympics gives a prestigious status to your country among the other nations.
