Personally, I think you should focus on improving your English before going for another attempt. As far as Coaching center are concerned, they will only give you basic insight on the format and structure. You have to learn "idioms", phrases and better vocab yourself. nobody can spoonfeed to score 7 band. On hindsight, all people would have got 7 band after attending good coaching.
