The chart clearly illustrates the percentage of young students pursuing higher education in four countries, for every 5 years from 2000 to 2010.The below passages will elaborate the trends in detail.
In country A, 38% of the young population were studying higher education this number rapidly soars to 52% and 62% in 2005 and 2010 respectively. Country B saw a marginal decline from 46% in 2000 to 41% in 2005, later rebounds to 43% in 2010. Country C saw a considerable inclination of about 6% in 2005, to about 52% and remained unchanged until 2010. While country D abruptly climbed from 64% in 2000 to 78% within half a decade and also saw a minor rise to about 80% in 2010.
To conclude, though country A started in a lower note with only 38% in 2000, it managed to end with 62% after a decade. Unlike country B and country C, the growth rate was steadily increasing for country A. To sum up country A and D saw a growth of 24% and 16% respectively while country B reduced from where it started to about 3% in a decade.
