The bar chart illustrates that how many men and women from different age groups employed in European country in the year 2013.
Overall, it can be realized that at first for both gender the number of employment increased until middle age people and then the figure decreased with ageing. Also, in whole age groups except first age group, males employed more than women.
In terms of males, as can be seen that, a little bit more than 200000 job gave to younger age group 15-19 years of age but most of job opportunities dedicated for three age groups from 30 to 44 years of age around 550000. This figure for those aged 25-29 was 500000 and those 20-24 recorded just over 40000. the number of people aged 45 and over who were employed, slightly fell from 500000 for those 45-49 years of old and 480000 for those aged 50-54 to lower than 100000 for group of age 65-64 and approximately zero for 74 and older.
Similarly, the same trend was observed for women´s employment. So that near 200000 girls employed in first age group and this figure increase in tandem with age until reached near 500000 for those aged 40-44. After that point, there was a gradual drop in the employ of women from about 470000 who were 45-49 years of old to 4000 for those aged 65-74 and zero for women aged 75 and older.
