Have you ever considered recording yourself answering an IELTS question and then listening to/watching it a few days later, when you've had time to remove yourself from the stress of making the recording? You will probably notice things about your recording that you wouldn't if you watched it right away. Take notes. How was your vocabulary? Did you use a lower-level word when you know a higher-level one? What about your grammar? Did you answer the questions directly, in a to-the-point way?
