The figure illustrates the method by which cement is utilized to manufacture concrete, and the various stages and materials employed in this process. There are two major stages shown, one of cement production and the other of concrete production.

The production of cement begins with limestone and clay being crushed with the help of a crusher. The resulting powder is then mixed in a chamber called the “Mixer”. The mixed raw materials are then channeled into a broad chamber called the “Rotating heater”” where heat is applied on one end and the materials are rotated continuously. They are then broken down into minute particles with the help of a grinder. The end-product now called “cement” is then packaged into bags.

Concrete production, on the other hand, involves four components, namely cement, water, sand, and gravel, being mixed in ratios of 15%, 10%, 25%. And 50%, respectively, in a large container called the ”Concrete Mixer”. The resulting concrete is now used in construction work.

Hello!

This is a good report. You only missed the point that the cement mixer rotates (quite a lot of people miss that!).

Vocabulary is quite basic, but it is certainly enough to do the job. The range of grammar is also good, despite some mistakes.

You overuse 'then'. Try to use a wider variety of connectives - it's pretty easy with process diagrams.

All the best,
David
