Inventors are not as important to society as doctors. To what extent do you agree to this statement?

According to famous maxim “Necessity is mother of all inventions”, as per this saying one can presume that , inventors plays a crucial role in fulfilling the needs of society, however on the other hand doctors have vital role in society, at least at the ground levels. Therefore it is always heated the debate that which profession is more valuable for the society, although in my opinion, I don’t agree that medical precticonars are more vital than inventors in for betterment of our society.
On one hand, there is no doubt that how important doctors are for disease free and healthy society. It is important to imagine a society without doctors, they help citizens from minor problems like flu to the major diseases like cancer and heart problems. And might because of that, their work is considered as one of the most nobel profession. When pendamic diseases like cholera or swine flue spreads, doctors spend most of their nights in hospitals and clinics to take care of their patients. It is one of the profession where you can called any time of the clock.
However on the other hand, inventors do have their crucial part in development and betterment of our society. Lets forget about all the other inventions and just consider some that are directly connected with medical field. For instance, once malaria was chronic disease and thousands of people had lost their lives because of a mosquito bite, but due to inventions of anti -malarial drugs and mosquito prevention chemicals like DDT, now it is just considered as a minor pathogenic fever. Secondly, not far ago, for serious cardiac diseases open heart surgery was only option but now due to invention of methods like angiography and engeoblasting even heart surgery become so much simple and easy. More over many inventions like diagnostic methods like ecg and chemotherapy helps doctors in many ways and made their work much efficient and easy.
In conclusion, both profession had contributed and will contribute in development of society and it is very unfair to consider once supremacy over another.

Hello!

Actually, the saying stresses the importance of necessity for technological progress, not inventors.

Disease free society? Where?

Spelling - noble, pandemic, flu

Excellent point about inventions in the medical field - few candidates would think of that!

I think that the conclusion is a little boring. Some key reasons (summarised) would be helpful.

Despite the errors, you have used a good range of grammatical structures. vocabulary is good and you have used some specialised medical words - excellent!

So, overall, a good essay, which could quite easily be improved into a very good one - well done!
