[IELTS Exam 2014.08.21 LRW]
The wording of today's writing task 2 is tricky. Can you notice it? It's not 'to what extent do you agree or disagree'. Rather, it's asking 'to what extent do you think...'
Do you think there's a difference?

Re: [Exam Questions] 2014.08.21
Hello Jimmy,
I would like to have a question that have been bugging me all day long
I have just done the test today and in task 2 writing, instead of describing the benefits from closer/increased relationships by tourism and business, I chose to write about the benefits from having international tourism and business.
Is that consider to be off topic?
Please answer me as soon as you can
Thank you

Well, could depend on what benefits you chose to talked about..Easshaking wrote:Hello Jimmy,

Task Response, TR, could be affected since the question is basically saying international tourism and businesses brought increased contact and closer relationship. So, if you talked about other benefits, then it could be some what off-topic.
The safest way here would be to simply say;
There are (or no) benefits -> Why -> Example
