huhu my writing task 2 test paper showed this:

in some countries, government encourages industries and business to move out to larger cities and into regional areas.

*is it a typo error?instead of MOVE OUT TO?MOVE OUT OF? i misunderstood the whole statement

Sounds like a serious typo. No one raised their hands during the exam?

If you believe your memory is correct, you might like to raise this with your exam centre, though it would've been better to do it during the exam.

No one questioned the topic since they assumed that it was a typo. I do not want to assume coz it was really written. How will they rate the essay? What if I still have a point but the introduction was wrong?

No one questioned the topic since they assumed that it was a typo. I do not want to assume coz it was really written. How will they rate the essay? What if I still have a point but the introduction was wrong?
Well, personally, I think you should notify the test centre, because they may be unaware of the mistake, in which case, you would be penalised for interpreting the question incorrectly, and end up with a lower TR mark, if not also have some marks removed for writing off-topic.
