Second task : In many countries , Governments are encouraging industries and businesses to relocate to the regional locations.Do the advantage outweigh the disadvantages?

listening :
First conversation was about renting a office area
Second conversation was about starting a business
Third was about whale watching report
Fourth was about textile industry in the U.K

Reading :
First passage : About a insect with super strong jaws
Second passage : Mental ability in different ages
third passage : about choosing right technology for people and businesses.

Speaking : my speaking is on Tuesday the 19th so, can you guys post the questions for speaking if you have already done so..
