The use of machines are increasing day by day. Which is reducing physical work done by human. Do you think that the advantages outweigh the disadvantage?
Technology revolution is replacing human being in every sector globally. It is believed that, even though machinery assist many industry with exciting opportunity it has draw back towards labour industry for company as well. It will proven by analysing how machinery creates unemployment by replacing works and can be risk for companies those depending on technology.
Firstly, work is replacing by using machinery that catalyse unemployment in many country. Take USA as an example, according to their labour department statistics more than 1.1 million secretary vanished from the job market between 2000 and 2010 . Although, telephone operators plunged by 64 percent. This example clears that, how job can replace by machinery. Thus, it is obvious that, there is a negative correlation between machinery in work place and unemployment.
Secondly, dependency on technology can collapse any business very easily. For example, in automated production line system company only used robots. If this machine collapsed or any system error occurred the whole system can be break down. As a result, it can easily delay the order and production time as well. From this example it is clear that, too much dependency on machinery can bring negative impact to company. Thus, replacing worker by machinery not always safe.
Following the analyzation of machinery of machinery in work place it can be understand that, machinery has certain capabilities to work fast but it cannot replace human. Moreover, as it is increasing the unemployment rates over the world it cannot bring advantage for human being. It is expected that, machinery will act as a supplement to human and aid them do work properly.

A nation's development is judged by its manpower at work. In the present scenario, it is observed that the automation and technology has replaced the manual labor at work. This has lead to decrease inn overall working hours of present manpower. It is reckoned that with reduced working working time, the wages of employees will be effected which can arise problems like unemployment. Moreover, a machine at work cannot be as efficient as a human being, where decisions take a critical role. The effects of reduced working hours will be analyzed in this essay.
Although, an automated machine can accomplish a task in lesser time, but using them will reduce the working hours of a labor. Less working hours means lesser wages. An impact of this will be difficulties in fulfilling the basic needs of survival. With time, lesser wages will lead to higher levels of frustrations due to work. As a result, employees will start leaving the jobs which can arise problems like unemployment. Thus, reduced working hours will have negative impact on a person's life.
Furthermore, automating all the tasks will pose several issues to the jobs where intellectual ability is required. A machine can only perform whatever is programmed, but a human being can take decisions proactively in critical situations. For instance, air traffic control systems seeks instant decisions which only a human brain can do. Hence, priority should be given to manual labor than automated machines. It is therefore evident that working hours of manual labor cannot be sacrificed on the cost of automation.
