Hi IELTS network,

I am Nikhil from India, a first timer for IELTS. I am seeking help to achieve an overall band score of 8. My weakness is Writing and Speaking. I came here from the video on youtube.

Hi Nikhil,

It's nice to meet you. Band 8 on your first try is a tall order, but possible with discipline and hard work. I hope hitting it in 27 days is realistic for you. I admire your ambition.

If you haven't already, it would be helpful to engage a few mock exams to assess what your current band is. Formulating a strategy and building confidence is much easier to do when you know the distance between your present situation and the objective.
