The chart illustrates the procedure through which tinted plastic fastners are procuded for paper usage. As is apparent, the process of manufacturing clasps is comprised of three major stages namely molten plastic, quality control both for strength and for clour, as well as manual sorting into groups.
It commence when plastic is moltened following which it is moulted into three specially formed clasps red, blue and yellow. In the next stage, they will be checked for strength, if there is any problem with it, it will be rejected and send back to moltening stage. By the time they are verified again but this time for colour, with the help of special workers, they are separated into mixed and single colour groups. If there is misunderstanding with the colour, then the employees forward them to special place, where the clips are decided what to do with them. The process ends with the clips being packed and despachted to end users.
