does bad road lead to mishaps?

Post by ucheoma »

Some people believe bad roads leads to more loss of lives than excellent roads. To what extent do you agree or disagree

There is no reason whatsoever not to love super good roadways. They reduce traffic congestion and also reduce rate of accidents. This the view of so many people overtime and in my opinion I strongly agree to this.

To begin with, perfect smooth motorways comes with a lot of positives. Firstly, they improve cooperation of road users to respect traffic rules. In situations where there are poor road navigation, people tend to jump the rules and disobey traffic laws. For instance in the city of Lagos with over two million of population, the increased rate of accident along most major roads have been traced back to attempts by motorist to jump traffic rules when they are faced with problems of pot holes. Also, good road networking reduces waiting time on queues along our road thereby reducing confusion among people during traffic congestion. A lot of road mishaps have actually happened during these periods as people lose their articulation of driving when they spend more time on traffic. In addition to this most of our mechanics has pointed out that the performance of our automobiles rely a great deal to the nature of our pathways. People who tend to ply bad tracks are likely to have their cars not in best shape hence leading to these cars malfunctioning on the roads during commuting.
Oppositions of smooth roads should have a rethink when they refute the advantages of excellent roads. Most of them are of the opinion that sound expressway encourages over speeding among people. This claim is disregarded since the availability of recording cameras on the highway deters people from this act. It is also believed that for someone to be eligible to own a drivers license, he is already aware of the dangers of excess speed.

In conclusion, spotless motorway has lots of pluses including reducing traffic congestion, instilling spirit of obedience among car owners as well as keeping their automobiles healthy. This should be encouraged by the government.

Hello!

A strange question, in my opinion, but that's not your fault!

I suggest dividing the first main paragraph into two. Focus each new paragraph on a particular point.

Your points are good and made clearly.

Vocabulary and grammar are very good, both in terms of range and accuracy, e.g. ply, mishaps, deter. Grammatical and vocabulary errors do not change meaning or cause confusion.

Well done!

There is no reason whatsoever not to love well-maintained roadways. They reduce traffic congestion and also reduce the number of accidents. This is the view of many people, and in my opinion I strongly agree with it.

Also, good road networking reduces waiting time in queues along our roads, thereby reducing road rage during traffic congestion. A lot of road mishaps have actually happened during these periods as people lose their ability to drive safely when they spend more time in traffic. In addition to this, many mechanics have pointed out that the performance of our automobiles relies a great deal on the nature of our roads. People who tend to travel on badly maintained roads are likely to have less than ideal cars, which could lead to these cars malfunctioning on the roads during commuting.
