Overall, by analyzing the given data it is noticeable that over the 40 year period, the car passengers have risen significantly, while a steep decline was experienced in number of people travelled by foot and users of bike . However a minor fluctuation was seen with bus travelers .
With regard to the car passengers, in 1960 approximately just over 5% of people used cars,which then rose to (around)a quarter by 1980 and finally peaked to marginally above 35% by 2000.
Furthermore,number of walkers had a dramatic decrease of about 20% by 1980 from 35% in 1960 followed with a marginal drop of around 7% by 2000.Silimilarly bike riders have experienced a reduction from just over 25% to 8% (aproximately) from 1960 to 2000.
In terms of bus related transportation, even though there was a slight rise in 1980, it is evident that number of people travelled by busses has not been changed throughout the time which kept at a range of about 17% - 20% .
