Fluency - Good speed with few pauses. Sometimes pauses for effect.
Coherence - Good range of connectives, used correctly.
Vocabulary - Good range with some details.
Grammar - Good basic grammar, but only a few complex structures.
Pronunciation - Clear with good intonation. Some variance in speed (good!). Some stress (good!).
Overall, a good performance. Try to introduce a wider range of grammatical structures. You could also name a few of the spices. (You mention almonds as an ingredient.)
