First Recording! Please Critique
Re: First Recording! Please Critique
Hello, Kaizenex,
Thanks for sharing your first recording! Welcome to the forums. I hope you're able to get some good feedback on your future recordings. When you do more recordings, try to answer some IELTS speaking questions so we can get a better idea of your current level, point out areas for you to improve, and help you correct specific mistakes.
From what I can tell from your recording, you're quite comfortable speaking in English, and you seem at ease and able to carry on relaxed conversations. That will serve you well in the IELTS speaking interview.
You said, "I'm just drop by the IELTS Network. . ," and this should be "I'm just dropping by. . ." Use the present progressive tense. Also, the word "pronunciation" is pronounced with a short /u/, as in "hut."
Best wishes as you continue to practice, and I look forward to hearing more from you!
