Post by n0m4n »

The graph shows the information about expected number of people who will study English, Spanish, and Mandarin languages, over a decade between 2020 and 2030.

Overall, all three languages’ learners will increase over the period in question. In addition, English will be the most popular language to learn among students over the period.

According to the data, there will be 550 million learners of English language in 2020, and this number will rise gradually to 700 million until 2024, before dropping gradually to 620 million in 2026. After that English language students will again experience gradual growth, reaching 730 million students until 2030.

Spanish and Mandarin language students show similar trends in the graph. Spanish students will go through a gradual growth from 220 million in 2020 to just under 500 million in 2030. There will be a considerable and steady rise in number of people who study Mandarin. There will be 100 million Mandarin language students in 2020 which will increase significantly to 580 million in 2030, when it will be the second popular language.

Hello!
This is a good report - well done!
I think that you could sometimes change gradual/gradually to steady and use forecast/predict instead of 'will'. I would also mention in the overview that Mandarin is predicted to grow the fastest.
All the best,
David
