Parents and teachers act as a role model for children, hence their presence and influence can make young generation a better member of the culture. Behavior of parents in house act as a catalyst in child's response to the outer world. Similarly, teachers play a vital role in bringing out the talent and help children become an important member of the modern life style. We will discuss both of these points in detail.
Children spend most of their young age with their parents. Some of the natural instincts of a father are inherited and transferred to his son or daughter. This allows a child to behave in the same way as his father or mother does. It is evident that children learn from their parents, hence they act as a role model for the younger generation. For example, a child might choose the same profession as his father when he grows up. Hence, parents can definitely help their children in becoming an active member of the society and contribute to its betterment.
On the other hand, a teacher is also considered a virtual parent of a child. Teachers based on their experience can easily identify the potential of a student. Hence, they can mold the pupil accordingly to groom them to serve the society. For instance, some of the famous politicians idealized their teachers while adopting a career path.
After analyzing both point of views and the role of parents as well as teachers, we can easily say that both have a responsibility towards a child to make them a better part of the society. It is also advisable that both parents and teachers should work together to attain the best out of child's personality.
