Order of questions in the IELTS listening test

Hi
I just wanted to make sure about the order of questions in the listening section
Are the questions always asked in the order as when they are spoken about in the tape?
For example, is it possible for speech related to question 3 to come before question 2 or does this not happen?
As far as I understand this doesn't happen, but I just wanted to make sure

Yes. They are strictly in the same order as spoken.
