In 2nd para,instead of writing in the suburb i live. Write your town name if you want band 8... also dont write thanks to the easy etc... instead write jusg because of its eady accessibility

in conclusion.after themselves give full stop. And start with its therefore hoped that government would give and continue your sentence..

U wrote a really good essay in 3rd para if u can try to write sentence with operations n maintainance instead of operate n maintain. Will add to impression

Also...there are two sentences in which there is mistake like:

Providing free access to museums and art galleries give(S) to society...
