People naturally resist making changes in their lives. What kinds of problems can this cause? What solutions can you suggests?

Lifestyle has changed to some extent in the recent years to bring the humanity some patterns and costumes to follow at work and public. There are many reasons for this.

Habits are major factors that mostly effecting one self’s behaviors and attitudes make them dominantly think and in the same usual way consistently. That is because we most the time find it easy to do the same thing over and over as we getting used to it. Take for example, the habit of drinking the same usual drink many times a day and become addicted to it, even though we know that it cause harm to our health. I think that to overcome this problem is by doing something new every day.

Customs and traditions, also, preventing people to get out of usual. Individuals are getting to the same lifestyles, which they are inherited from previous generations, for many years. To illustrate, fashion industry are leading a revolution path and progress psychological attraction to own the dressing market. I believe that individuals should read and try others nations’ cultures and customs in order to differentiate and distinguish between many lifestyles.

Finally, Work, nowadays, has many same regulations and roles that employees should follow which make them programmed to make these orders and patterns every day. Take for example, working on the assembly line industry that has number of sequences for each process that worker should do consistently which make them acting like robots. A good solution for such an issue is to advise the workforce to do different thing every day after work like attending a social events or doing sport.

All in all, customs, work and habits are most common reasons for resisting changes that everyone should break. Therefore, life management is necessary to make a positive turn for everyone’s usual lifestyle.
