how to get band 9 ?

I mean from the marks point of view.

Say there are 40 questions in reading section.
I get 39 correct, do i get a 8.5 or a 9?

Same thing for listening.

http://www.ielts.org/researchers/score_ ... rting.aspx - they do not give details exactly on this IELTS.org page - also, I think I saw that the exact marks required may vary somewhat - however I would assume 39 would likely be a 9 for at least Listening + Academic Reading.
