For this reason, many students prefer to study in English to be able to pursue their education in one among the most recognized colleges and universities. It is argued that English is considered as an important international language today. This will be proven by analyzing both how it act as a communication bridge as well as a standard medium for learning.
Firstly, English is the most commonly spoken language in many parts of the world. As known to everyone there are many countries that have a national language other than English, so it becomes very difficult for them to share their ideas without a common language for communication. As a result of this, English is being in practice as a bridging language among these differently speaking countries. For instance, even in a country like India that speaks more than 20 different languages, most universities in this country primarily use English for educating students.
