I don't know what to think, I guess I need sometime to process this... But I know I'm not happy with my speaking score at all

I wrote this in 35 minutes. Of course, writing on MS Word is entirely different story than writing with a pencil.

I'm not an ielts specialist but I don't see why you should get a lowered band for using wider range of vocabulary. However, context always matters. If you could post the essay itself with these words used in it, that would be easier to judge.
